I love a good quiche and there are so many ways to do it!
To make this recipe simple and easy, here are the ingredients you will need for a Sausage and Spinach Quiche, but feel free to go crazy.

Ingredients:
1 Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust
1 lb Jimmy Dean regular pork sausage
1 small onion diced
1 handful of fresh spinach leaves
5 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
sprinkle of salt and pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 cups cheddar cheese
salsa
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Set out pie crust to reach room temperature.
On stove, brown sausage and onions until sausage it cooked and onions are translucent. Add spinach and let cook. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Take pie crust and place into deep dish pie plate, crimp edges.
Pour sausage and spinach mixture into pie crust and spread evenly.
Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese and then pour egg mixture on top.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and bake in oven for 50 minutes or until set. Halfway through cooking, you may want to cover your quiche crust edges with tinfoil to prevent burning.
Remove from oven and let sit 20 minutes. Add salsa if desired.
Woo, there you have QUICHE! Easy-peezy, like pie!
